Abstract Victor Alexander (1906-1973) was a master 20th century saddle-maker who worked for the Visalia Stock Saddle Co. of San Francisco, California early in his career, then formed his own Victor Alexander Co. in the 1940s, then joined with the Bona Allen, Inc. of Buford, Georgia as saddle designer and production manager. Abstract This small collection consists of seventy-five photographs and four issues of the Valley Ranch School Roundup, the school annual. The collection was originally owned by W.G. and Hazel Kerper and came to the Historical Center through their granddaughter. Early residents of Cody, the Kerpers owned the building which housed Dave Jones dry goods store.
